Tonton Sportswear (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in China. We find manufacturers, negotiate on your behalf, inspect goods and arrange shipping. We are the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Contact details — your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Enquiry details — the products you ask about, quantities, target prices, specifications, and any photos, drawings or files you send us.
• Order and delivery details — shipping address, recipient name and phone number, and any importer or tax registration number your destination country requires on customs paperwork.
• Correspondence — our message history with you, including WhatsApp threads and email.

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and the page that referred you.
• Usage data — which pages you viewed and how long you stayed.

5. Payments

We do not take payments on this website. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no card form anywhere on footsoccerpro.store.

Orders are invoiced. You receive an invoice from us and settle it by bank transfer or another method we agree in writing. This means:

• We never see, handle or store your card number, CVV or online banking credentials.
• There is no payment processor embedded in this site, so no payment gateway receives data about you through us.
• What we do hold is the ordinary commercial record of the transaction: the invoice, the amount, the date, and the name of the paying party as it appears on our bank statement. Your bank and ours handle the transfer itself under their own terms and privacy policies.

If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for card details or for payment to a bank account you have not seen on one of our invoices, do not pay. Contact us at dean@sztonton.com to confirm first.

6. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, and only with:

• Manufacturers — product specifications and quantities. Not your contact details, unless you ask us to introduce you directly.
• Couriers and freight forwarders — recipient name, address and phone number, because a shipment cannot be delivered without them.
• Customs authorities — whatever the export rules of China and the import rules of your destination country require.
• Our bank — to receive and reconcile payment against an invoice.
• Service providers — our web host and, where applicable, a content delivery network that serves this site. They process data on our instructions.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

We operate from China and ship worldwide, so information you give us will be processed in China and shared with parties in the destination country of your shipment.

If you are in the EU or UK, this is a transfer outside your home jurisdiction. Where such a transfer requires a safeguard, we rely on the appropriate mechanism for the transfer in question.

When a retention period ends we delete the records or anonymise them.

9. Security

• The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted.
• Access to order records and message history is limited to the staff who need it, on accounts protected by individual passwords.
• We do not hold card data at all, which removes the single most sensitive category from the picture.

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we have no overriding legal reason to keep it.
• Restrict or object to how we use it.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email dean@sztonton.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

California residents: you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

EU/UK residents: you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

12. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
